Mr. El Zeiny is the Group CFO and VP of El Sewedy Electric, the biggest manufacturing listed company in Egypt. He is a unique international caliber with 29 years of diversified experience having served as CFO, Board Member, Managing Director, Regional Financial Director, Infrastructure Director, Business and Administration Manager, Financial Controller of multinational corporations & listed companies such as Siemens, NCR Corp., General Motors, Mentor Graphics, INDEVCO Group, etc. He Holds an MBA from City University of Seattle & a Bachelor Degree in Commerce from Cairo University. He has a Financial Times Non-Executive Director Diploma from London.

Abdelmeguid Afifi is the CFO of Fawry Group, the leading Fintech platform in Egypt, and a key player in the initial Public Offering of Fawry (First Fintech IPO in the region). He oversees, treasury operations, Corporate Development Strategy, and other corporate functions with the overall goal of gaining a large market share for the company over time.  With More than 20 years of Experience, Afifi has held many managerial roles with Global and local companies including Americana in Dubai and Raya group in Egypt. Afifi holds an Executive MBA from Hult International Business School in London, UK, and he is a Certified Management Accountant from Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) – NJ, USA.

He is the former Global CFO Royal Bank of Scotland (Corporate).

Ms. Anne Schuster

Ms. Schuster is an international CFO, a German working in Egypt, and educated in both Hamburg in Germany and Liverpool in the UK.  She is the CFO of XERVON-Egypt serving leading organizations in Egypt. She is an accredited instructor for Management Assistance Professions, from the Chamber of Commerce in Hamburg. Ms. Anne Schuster is also a recycling expert. She earned exceptional experience working for TSR Recycling, part of the Remondis Group in Germany.

Mr. Ahmed Hussein

Finance Officer and Corporate Finance Advisor

Mr. Hussein is a first class Finance Officer and a seasoned Corporate Finance Advisor with thirty-year experience in Financial Management, Corporate Finance, Capital Markets, and Management Consultancy.He is currently the Deputy CFO, of Madinet Nasr for Housing and Development (MNHD) and also a Partner with Developers for Training and Consultancy, the Leader in Finance, Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, Control and Corporate Governance consultancy and training. Earlier, Mr. Hussein worked as Regional Accounting Manager with the American consulting firm Chemonics International supervising finance offices in the Middle East, Africa, and Central Europe regions. Mr. Hussein also worked as a Senior Manager of Transaction Advisory Services with EY, Cairo. His Experience in Capital Markets includes providing technical assistance, under USAID-funded projects- to capital market institutions (including Capital Market Authority, Egyptian Exchange, and Misr for Central Clearing and Registry) in reviewing, revising and drafting new regulations and rules on disclosure, bond dealers, securitization, stock exchange membership rules, brokers’ capital adequacy standards, and margin trading and short selling rules.
